FAQ

Wash instructions:
We reccomend washing your garment on a machine hand wash cycle at 20 degrees (no hotter). This is to preserve the printed graphics for a longer period of time. Do not use fabric softener as this will slowly degrade the adhesive on the graphics.

Sometimes the jerseys arrive in their blank state to us from the manufacturers with small soil marks. This is very normal and to ensure transparency I do not wash the jersey but instead discuss concerns after delivery. In the case of this occurring please wash the jersey on a cool wash and get in touch if the mark remains. They very rarely remain as it's just part of the normal manufacturing process.

My graphics are beginning to lift, what do I do?
This will happen eventually and can be accelerated if not cared for properly. In the instance your graphics do begin to lift on the corners, use a hot iron (on the satin setting) and a teflon sheet. Place the sheet over the shirt and be very careful to not touch the jersey with the hot iron as this will melt the polyester. Carefully use pressure on the transfer that is lifting, work from the centre to the edge of the transfer applying pressure with the edge of the iron to further control the contact point. The transfer will begin to adhere to the jersey and at the point the transfer is stuck back down, stop ironing. This wont be a permanent fix though as all of this type of garment has a natural shelf life.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to have your order hand made and despatched within 7-14 days. If we are going through a busy period this can take up to 28 days but we are happy to update you at any point along the process.

Can I cancel my order?
If the order has not gone to print, you can request a cancellation or change your oder. If the order has been manufactured, returns are only accepted in certain circumstances because the items are custom made to order.

Can I order a jersey based on my own idea?
Yes, you may use the contact form with any suggestions of jerseys you want to see/buy. If the design is one that would feature for sale on the website, you will only pay the going rate for one of our jerseys.

Please let us know if you think something else should be add to the FAQ. I am a strong believer that transparancy and accurate information are key to a successful business.

Customs/import fees:
We try our best to limit these fees but ultimately we have to be open and honest with the system. Import and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and not ClubFC. It is your responsibility to follow your package along its journey and pay any fees incurred.
